Tokens gate one thing on DealCollab: reaching a specific counterparty. Everything else is free.

What is always free

  • Submitting a mandate — no cap on active mandates.
  • Being matched by the engine.
  • Receiving match notifications.
  • Viewing match cards on your Deal Dashboard.
  • Receiving an EOI from another user.
  • Approving or declining an incoming EOI.

There is no subscription, no licence fee, no success fee, and no brokerage. You do not need to buy tokens to participate.

What costs tokens

Sending an Expression of Interest (EOI): 50 tokens.

  • Tokens are deducted only when the counterparty approves your EOI.
  • If they decline or do not respond, you pay nothing.
  • On approval, you receive the counterparty's verified contact — advisor name and phone number — and a live thread opens on your Deal Dashboard.

The three rules to remember

  1. Your mandate participation is free.
  2. Identity stays sealed until both sides agree.
  3. You pay only when a counterparty engages.

Your token ledger

Every credit, debit, and top-up is logged with the action, amount, and your balance after the transaction. Visible under Profile → Billing. If you believe a deduction is wrong, contact [support email] within 7 days.

Running out of tokens

If your balance is too low to send a new EOI, nothing else is affected: your mandates stay active, matching continues, and you can still receive, approve, and decline incoming EOIs. Top up under Profile → Billing.

Refunds

Tokens are deducted only on approval, so there is nothing to refund for declines or silence. Once deducted, tokens are non-refundable — they pay for the confidential introduction, not the outcome of any conversation or deal. Unused token balances: [DECIDE: refundable on account closure, or not — state it explicitly either way].

What tokens are not

Tokens are a prepaid platform credit. They are not money, a deposit, an investment, or a security, and they carry no interest or resale value.

Pricing changes

We may change token pricing for future actions with advance notice in-app. Changes never apply retroactively to EOIs already sent.
